If you use the excellent Process Explorer, you can take a time out by suspending the process. Please try again now or at a later time. I found that the only way I could stop it is to go into Task Manager and end its process and also run msconfig and disable it from startup. i sugest you run THREATFIRE or some such security program to catch it.
