RUN AD-AWARE and (for Windows Vista and optionally Windows XP) RUN WINDOWS DEFENDER.
The F3 entry will only show in HijackThis if something unknown is found. Save it to your desktop. A very serious invader (especially on Dell Computers) that other cleaning tools may not touch may show in Add/Remove Programs variously as MySearch, MyWay, MyWeb, MyWebSearch, etc. Hijackthis Windows 10 Nonetheless, it's worth a check in tough cases.
