At this point we are novices ourselves, even though much of the basics of malware apply for smartphones as they do for PCs. It dosen't show as Hijackthis.exe.


Unzip the zip folder. Before that, random files would go missing for no reason, far beyond recovery. Below is my hijackthis log. check over here

I'll list my system info to what pertains to this topic below. Instead, I have this "page parked here by Go Daddy".   Ad-Aware and Spybot showed no issues. Also, there is more than one problem I have, which includes the prior mentioned. I tried to uninstall it, but, there was one part : "contmenu.dll" that the computer said could not be deleted "The specified file is being used by Windows". This problem is driving me almost as crazy as my mouse goes!
