After you turn it back on you can create a restore point. Make sure that Search system folders, Search hidden files and folders, and Search subfolders are checked. Reboot into Safe Mode (hit F8 key until menu shows up). Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com.
