Recently my computer has been running much slower, and I have had problems using the internet at times. The administrator has banned your IP address. I think it would help if you get programs like PROCESS EXPLORER, WHAT'S MY COMPUTER DOING?, and WHAT'S RUNNING (just Google names to find them).
