Help! Need To Uninstall IE 7 Beta

How do I recover from that? I try to delete groups of email I don't want to read and something in the program (that wasn't there yesterday) decides it delete one email at a time. All I did to get Beta 3 to install over Beta 2 was rename iexplore.exe and the installer was happy. wooo what a relief.
