If you upgraded from 98 to XP, then you'll have to get new drivers for most peripheral devices, except very standard ones for which the drivers are on the XP install.Before the problem its my new scanner wont work on the 640x480 setting.. What the action I suggest will do is put back all files that you have been deleting. It should fix the problem.
