Reply Leo Meyers March 28, 2016 at 10:56 am The problem I am having is that since I have installed Windows 10, when I start up my pc from "Sleep", it I cannot be sure though - it might be a faulty product. I still have a problem that is not fixed. If the disk is not spinning upon being plugged in - then power is not getting to the motor ( there are few reasons for that) usually require soldering/ slight adaptation https://community.wd.com/t/i-cant-get-my-computer-to-detect-my-wd-drive/3724
